SHENANDOAH DOWNS LICENSE CHANGE

Same day licensing from the VRC will no longer be available at Shenandoah Downs. This applies to owners, trainers, grooms, etc. Make sure your owners are aware of this change. If all licenses are not current, horses will not be allowed to race. You will not be allowed on the backstretch without a current license. Get your VRC license before arriving at the track.
