Due to a generous bequest by longtime Virginia harness horsewoman Jan Nofsigner, the VHHA has established a $1,000 scholarship for family members of the Virginia racing community. Guidelines and the application can be found on the scholarship tab on our website.

Participants in the Certified Residency program must have a correct W9 form on file in our office. If you have previously submitted a W9 form but your mailing address has changed you will need to submit a new W9 form. If nothing has changed you do not need to submit a form.
